* No higher stage than 3 is possible for Industrial buildings.
Be sure you have downloaded the latest patch from SimCity.com, if you’re using the unpatched retail version of SimCity 4 you might have difficulties reaching the higher stages. The numbers are only valid on Hard Mode with the Rush Hour expansion pack or SimCity 4 Deluxe installed.
