Cities XL is a city building game that both continues on previous games in the genre and introduces new features. It allows you to develop cities in a true 3D enviroment using North American, European and Asian structures and landmarks on maps with a variety of different enviroments; including for ex. tropical, desert and temperate settings. The game will focus on having the player make the right decisions to create a balanced society via events, services and leisure to keep your citizens content.
Monte Cristo introduces a new never-seen-before multiplayer aspect to the genre. Online features will allow players to share their cities on a global scale. You will, for ex., be able to trade with your neighbor(s), create a sprawling cross-border metropolis, or make specialized tourist cities for others to visit.
