There are close to 140 files available for download in the forum, but they require you to be logged in, and of course registered to be accessed. They range from canals to regular growable buildings to useful lots and nifty programs that makes the game more enjoyable.
If you have problems installing them you can always check out the tutorial that covers most question that may come up. If you have further questions you can always ask those in the appropriate forum.
